Hot Topic – Benefits & Privileges

We are all responding to economic conditions by adjusting our benefit plans & implementing cost savings initiatives. Senior management has asked HR leaders to “see what our neighbors are doing”. Please join your HR peers for a robust discussion about challenges & solutions.
This meeting will be a roundabout of information & depending on our number we can break out into groups for a deeper dive into meaningful information & best practices.

We would ask you to be prepared to share the following (no wages will be discussed):

Percent of premiums your employees contribute to benefits (we will not be sharing specific $ amounts):

Do you offer medical, dental & vision?

Paid time off- is it straight PTO or broken down? Vacation, Sick & Holiday? Do you cap?

Other Fringe benefits? Skiing, food or retail discounts?
Successful recognition programs?

This will be a very participatory session with some great take home information.

This meeting is a benefit of membership, new HR guests are welcome and there is no charge to attend.
